Comic for February 20, 2009: Preparing for the Big Night
Milo is working on a prototype for the Sustained Temporal Fault Unit. Rather than zapping things through time, it lets you create a sustained portal between two points in space-time. It is substantially more convenient.

Just read through the archives. Really well done, impressively weird story with art to match. Added you to my Piperka.net list.
I can’t wait for the next comic. I want to see what makes them send back so many Stanleys.

I can’t promise that the mystery will be resolved in the very next comic, but we certainly are getting close.
Also, I hadn’t heard of Piperka before now, but I have to say that looks very handy. Not sure if it’ll replace my RSS feeds, but the bookmarking functionality is a definitely a nice feature. Thanks for the link!

I think it’s pretty obvious that Roy will be sending all the Stanleys back in time to get rid of them, thus creating a Stanley time loop (and a fair amount of irony).
Or maybe not…

Really, I think for something like this to work you’d have to first figure out if the space-time continuum is malleable or not.
“How are you going to figure that out? Poke it with a stick?”

Heh… Sustained Temporal Fault Unit=STFU. Yay acronyms!
