Regarding the screwdriver: Keep in mind that it did not pierce Milo’s hand, but rather it simply materialized there. So it actually wouldn’t hurt as though he had been stabbed. However, this might complicate the removal process. Milo will have a fun time explaining to the surgeon how he got a screwdriver incorporated into his being.
